ADC Kennen build with runes and items. ADC Kennen guide offers in-depth how-to play, skill order and tips. Play ADC Kennen build in League of Legends Patch 26.4!
Defensive option. Exhaust for peeling against enemy divers and assassins and protecting yourself.
Heal
Classic ADC option. Gives you and a teammate a burst of movement speed and health in clutch moments.
Cleanse
Underrated, not super easy to use, requires skill and getting used to it, but very good option. It is blessing if you pick it blindly against heavy CC comps. Frees you from disables and exhaust to keep you dealing damage.
You build 100% crit, lots of AD, and attack speed to melt the enemy team.
ADC Kennen is a late-game scaling powerhouse.
Your goal is to become the primary carry for your team.
How to play
ADC Kennen
Use E to prep before fights, to gain attack speed.
Use R to peel from yourself, as you cannot really autoattack, so engaging with it rarely makes sense.
Getting started
Play carefully early on until you get some core items.
Usually Statikk Shiv is good first item for waveclear.
Don't rush Infinity Edge. It scales off of your other crit items, so usually go for it as your #2 or #3 item.
Adapting
Adapt to the enemy team. If they have lots of tanks or start stacking Armor, prioritize Lord Dominik's Regards early.
If you are facing heavy AP burst or assassins, items like Immortal Shieldbow or Maw of Malmortius can save your life.
Tips and Tricks
Champion
Keep track of your Electrical Surge (W) stacks. Once you have it fully stacked, you can very easily stun an enemy with auto attack + Thundering Shuriken (Q) + W combo. You can even pair it with Flash for very unexpected CC.
Riot
You can stun your opponents by inflicting 3 Marks of the Storm upon them.
Lightning Rush can be used to initiate fights with its Energy return component, allowing him to use other abilities afterward.
You can land an initial Mark of the Storm debuff on an opponent with Thundering Shuriken, and then add to it with Electrical Surge.
