Iceborn Gauntlet Seraphine build with runes and items. Iceborn Gauntlet Seraphine guide offers in-depth how-to play, skill order and tips. Play Iceborn Gauntlet Seraphine build in League of Legends Patch 26.2!
Grasp of the Undying is a solid alternative. You become more tanky over time as your HP grows, you get some sustain and you get some damage as well.
Presence of Mind
Triumph is better overall (heal + gold), but if you want to have easier time with your mana, go Presence of Mind.
Demolish
If you are into taking objectives, you can consider taking Demolish rune. Usually it is worth it and lets you push turrets quicker. Utility slash team oriented option.
You play as Tank, but with focus on kitting the enemy team and utility for your team.
You disrupt fights with CC, soak damage, peel off your carries or initiate for your team.
How to play
Iceborn Gauntlet Seraphine
This build is kind of similar to Blue Seraphine - but items are different. You rush Iceborn Gauntlet and Imperial Mandate.
You can stack your passive and then hit enemy from very far away, triggering Iceborn Gauntlet and Imperial Mandate.
You rush Iceborn Gauntlet #1, then you need to adapt your items to the game. Enemy team heavy on AP? Buy MR. They heavy on AD? Buy Armor. You need some damage? Well buy that.
You can rush Imperial Mandate #2 if you can afford it, this makes this build more fun. However, if you are behind, it is okay to just skip it.
There's great synergy between Iceborn Gauntlet + Imperial Mandate + Font of Life. You create frozen pools that will persist for a few seconds, slowing enemies, applying Imperial Mandate debuff + Font of Life heal mark for your allies.
For more utility oriented build, you can get Locket of the Iron Solari (sustain) or Shurelya's Battlesong (engages).
Triumph rune is better overall (heal and gold), but if you want to have easier time with your mana, go Presence of Mind.
Be careful to not waste Aftershock. Try timing it and keeping it for going in.
Tips and Tricks
Champion
Surround Sound (W)
To trigger heal you need to have shield present on you. You normally do this with empowered Surround Sound (W). However you can also watch for shields from your allies or try coordinating with them to heal everyone on cooldowm
Beat Drop (E)
If you want to crank up your utility by 1000%, you can get Rylai's Crystal Scepter.
Rylai's Crystal Scepter changes how your Beat Drop (E) works. It normally slows, but with Rylai's it roots instantly! This turns your un-empowered E into an unconditional AoE root. And empowered E into unconditional AoE stun.
You can use Beat Drop (E) in combination with Flash to quickly change the direction and length of the ability and surprise enemies.
Encore (R)
Encore (R) not only extends when going through enemy champions, it also extends through allies too. Use this to shoot it through your frontline to reach enemy backline.
For an easy guaranteed Encore (R), set it up with your empowered Beat Drop (E) root first - or an AoE stun if you have Rylai's Crystal Scepter - then fire Encore (R) while enemies are immobilized.
Because R has a cast time and travel speed, landing it on moving enemies can be difficult. Always look to set up CC (or coordinate with your team) beforehand for a reliable combo.
Alternatively, remember that Encore (R) also slows, you can follow up with a root from Beat Drop (E).
